Receta Pork Chop And Rice Bake

Ingredientes
- 4 pork chops
- 1 to 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Brown chops in butter. Add in rice and onion to drippings and heat, stirring till rice is coated. Add in soup, water, cheese, salt and pepper to rice. Turn into greased baking dish. Arrange chops on rice mix. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hrs.
