Receta Pork Chop And Sausage Jambalaya

Ingredientes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. onions, minced
- 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, minced
- 1/4 c. green onion, minced
- 1 1/2 c. raw rice
- 2 c. water
- 4 or possibly 5 pork chops, cubed
- 2 links smoked sausage, 1/4 inch slices
- 1 jar brown gravy
- Season-All
Direcciones
- Heat butter in heavy pot. Add in onion, celery, and bell pepper. Cook till soft and transparent. Add in pork chops and sausage. Cook 10 min, stir frequently. Add in gravy, Season-All and 1 c. water. Cover and cook till pork chops are tender. Simmer for a few min, add in rice and green onions.
- Add in sufficient water so there is twice as much liquid as there is rice. Bring liquid to a boil, lower heat and stir occasionally. Cook till liquid is absorbed by rice and rice is tender. Cover and let sit 15 min before serving.
