- 6 liquid removed sweet potatoes
- 6 pork chops
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 thin slices unpeeled oranges
- 1/3 c. light brown sugar
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place sweet potatoes in greased oblong baking dish. Top with orange slices and pork chops. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Cover. Bake 1 hour. Uncover. Bake for 30 min longer. Serves 6.
