Ingredientes
- 6 pork chops, 1" thick
- 4 med. potatoes, uncooked, peeled & thinly sliced
- 1 can (4 ounce.) sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 c. water
- 1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet, brown chops; drain on absorbent paper. In battered 2 qt oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes, mushrooms and the chops.
- In small bowl, combine water and soup mix; pour over meat. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till potatoes are tender. Makes 6 servings.
