Receta Pork Pineapple Guisado
Ingredientes
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 pc onion, sliced
- 200 grams of ground port
- 3/4 cup or pineapple tidbits (Del Monte preferrably), drain then set syrup aside
- 1 medium sized potato, sliced
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 1 1/2 tbsp of raisins
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp of water
- salt, sugar, and pepper
Direcciones
- Saute garlic, onion, pork and 1/2 tsp of soy sauce for 3 minutes.
- Add pineapple syrup, 1 - 1/2 tbsp of water, potato, carrots, and raisins.
- Season with salt, sugar, and pepper to taste.
- Simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Add pineapplie tidbits then cook for another 3 minutes.
