Receta Pork Ribs In Delicious Sauce

Ingredientes
- 600 gm Pork-ribs (with meat)
- 3 x Cloves garlic (minced)
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Soda Bi-carbonate
- 1 Tbsp. Light soya sauce
- 1 tsp Black soya sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Five-spice pwdr
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 Tbsp. Meat tenderiser
- 2 Tbsp. Cornflour
- Â Â A dash of pepper
- 1 stalk lettuce
- 2 x Tomatos
- 1 x Cucumber
- Â Â Parsley
- 1 x Bowl fresh water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp MSG
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Tomato sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Steak sauce
Direcciones
- 1. Heat oil, put in the seasoned Pork-ribs (seasoned for about 30 min) to deep fry for about 3 min.
- Drain well.
- 2. With the remaining oil, fry garlic and stir well the seasoning sauce and pour in to cook with the well fried pork-ribs. Stir throughly.
- 3. Dish out to garnish with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and parsley before serving.
