Ingredientes
- 4 slc Pork loin, (2 ounces each)
- 1 Tbsp. Fine minced onion
- Â Â Flour as needed for dredging
- Â Â Chef salt to taste
- 1 ounce Butter or possibly extra virgin olive oil
- 4 ounce Berries Inferno sauce
- 1/2 ounce Chambord liquor
Direcciones
- Cut pork loin into 2 ounce. slices. Season with Chef salt. Dredge in flour.
- Heat skillet and add in butter or possibly oil. Saute/fry pork about 2 min on each side and remove. Add in onions, flambe with Chambord liquor. Add in inferno sauce.
- Heat and serve over pork.
