Ingredientes
- 3 pound beef
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) beef bouillon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 med. potatoes, cut in half
- 10 ginger snaps
Direcciones
- Brown beef all over in vegetable oil. Add in ingredients, cook for 20 min. Let it cold on its own. Remove beef and potatoes and bay leaf. Crush 10 ginger snaps, put into pot with juice. Cook and stir till thick. If too thick, add in a little water. Pour over meat and vegetables.
