Ingredientes
- 3 c. warm mashed potatoes
- 1 pkg. (3 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can (2.8 ounce.) Drukee French fried onions
- 2 Packages frzn broccoli spears, cooked and liquid removed
- 1 c. shredded American cheese (or possibly cheddar)
Direcciones
- Whip together first 5 ingredients till smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix in 1/2 can of onions. Spread potato mix over the bottom and up sides of a buttered casserole dish to create a shell. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Arrange broccoli spears in potato shell; sprinkle with cheese and remaining onions. Bake uncovered 5 min longer. Makes 8 servings.
