  1. Put 1 Tbsp. oil in pan and saute/fry onions till almost done but not brown. Add in tomato sauce, cook for 10 min. Parboil potatoes for 5 min, drain and add in to sauce. Cook sauce and potatoes till potatoes are cooked. Add in parsley and basil put on side. Cook spaghetti. Put the 1 egg and Romano cheese and pepper together. Add in to spaghetti, potatoes and sauce, bring to boil and serve.
