Ingredientes
- 1 lb Italian sausage, sliced
- 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 2 can (16oz each) tomatoes
- 4 x White potatoes, pared and diced, (6 C)
- 1/4 c. Minced parsley
- 1 c. Diagonally sliced celery
- 2 Tbsp. Minced celery leaves
- 1Â 1/2 c. Water
- 2 x Beef bouillion cubes
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dry leaf thyme
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Direcciones
- In large saucepan or possibly kettle, brown sausage over medium heat. Add in onion and cook 5 min. Add in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 40 min or possibly till potatoes are tender.
