Receta Potato Broccoli Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 (2 lb.) bag frzn hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 1 (10 ounce.) cream of chicken soup
Direcciones
- Mix above ingredients. Cook 2 pkgs. frzn broccoli spears or possibly 1 bunch fresh. Mix together 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed and 2 Tbsp. butter. Set aside. Place half of potato mix in buttered casserole. Place broccoli on top. Add in remaining potato mix. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs on top. Bake covered at 350 degrees till warm.
