- 6 boiled Large eggs, minced
- 6 boiled potatoes, cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream or possibly plain non-fat yogurt
Direcciones
- Combine ingredients in casserole. Top with 1 c. grated cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
