  2. 2.Peel the onion and cut it little.
  3. 3.Wash the eggs and boil them.Let it chill.
  4. 4.Cut the green onion.
  5. 5.Mix the oil with vinegar.
  6. 7.Draw the olives.
  7. 8.In a big bowl,put the potatoes (big slices,but not very thick),egg slices,the red and green onions,and olives.
  8. 9.Mix easy and pour the mixture of oil and vinegar.
  9. 10.It is better served from the fridge.
  10. Add salt and pepper how much you want.
  11. Also,you can add what spice do you like and sausage,ham,or cheese,to be more consistent.
