Receta Potato salad
Ingredientes
- 250g potatoes
- 1 half of a red onion
- 2 eggs
- 50g green olives stuffed with red pepper
- Green onion
- 100 ml oil
- 3 teaspoons vinegar
- Salt,pepper
Direcciones
- 1.Wash the potatoes and boil them.Let it chill.
- 2.Peel the onion and cut it little.
- 3.Wash the eggs and boil them.Let it chill.
- 4.Cut the green onion.
- 5.Mix the oil with vinegar.
- 7.Draw the olives.
- 8.In a big bowl,put the potatoes (big slices,but not very thick),egg slices,the red and green onions,and olives.
- 9.Mix easy and pour the mixture of oil and vinegar.
- 10.It is better served from the fridge.
- Add salt and pepper how much you want.
- Also,you can add what spice do you like and sausage,ham,or cheese,to be more consistent.
