Place potato shells on a baking sheet. Spray inside of shells with cooking spray. Bake at 425F for 8 min or possibly till shells are crisp. Set aside.
  2. Cook bacon in microwave according to package directions; cold slightly. Chop into small pcs; set aside.
  3. Divide cheese proportionately among the shells. Bake at 425F for 5 min or possibly till cheese melts. Sprinkle proportionately with bacon and chives. Serve with low-fat lowfat sour cream.
