Ingredientes
- 3 x Boiled potatoes, sliced
- 1Â 1/2 c. Diced cooked fish
- 3/4 c. Cauliflower or possibly mushrooms, sliced
- 2 x Hard cooked Large eggs, sliced
- Â Â Salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Water
- 3 Tbsp. Bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
Direcciones
- Arrange half the potato slices, fish, cauliflower and Large eggs in a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Blend flour into lowfat sour cream; stir in water. Spoon over casserole. Add in remaining potatoes, fish, cauliflower, and Large eggs. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
