Ingredients: 1/2 lb macaroni; 1 tsp butter; 1 x egg, beaten; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp dry mustard; 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated; 1 c. lowfat milk

Ingredientes

1/2 lb macaroni
1 tsp butter
1 x egg, beaten
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

Boil macaroni in water till tender and drain thoroughly. Stir in butter and egg. Mix mustard and salt with 1 Tbsp. warm water and add in to lowfat milk.
Add in cheese leaving sufficient to sprinkle on top. Pour into buttered casserole; add in lowfat milk. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min or possibly till custard is set and top is crusty.
