Receta Pumpkin Or Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg (ginger & allspice if using pumpkin)
- 2 c. sucanat or possibly sugar
- 1 c. canola oil
- 4 large eggs
- 2/3 c. water
- 2 c. pumpkin or possibly mashed banana
- 1 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift flour, soda, salt and spices. Add in sugar. Make well in center and add in oil, large eggs, water and pumpkin or possibly banana, all at the same time. Mix well. Add in nuts, if using. Pour into 9 x 11 inch ungreased rectangle cake pan. Bake 45 min or possibly till toothpick comes out dry.
