Receta Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
Ingredientes
- 1/4 Cups Plain Oats
- 1/3 Cup Skim Milk
- 1/4 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Teaspoons Butter Flavored Maple Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a mason jar, seal and shake until well blended. Stir if needed. Put in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy in the morning for breakfast. Stores up to 3 days.
