  • 20-24 slices brown or possibly white bread
  • Tomato Curry & Orange Butter
  • 1 c. grnd cooked chicken breast
  • 1 c. grnd lean ham (not smoked)
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream, to bind
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • Salt & freshly grnd pepper

Direcciones

  1. Makes 10 to 12 sandwiches.Put together the chicken, ham and scallion in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and bind with sufficient heavy cream to create a thick, spreadable paste.
  2. Lightly butter 10 to 12 slices of the bread with the Curry Butter and spread with a layer of the chicken and ham filling. Top with a second slice of bread. Crust and cut as desired.
