Add a photoI love this one. I could eat it all day long. I make it with and sometimes without the sausage. You can make this on the stove or in a small crock pot.
Ingredientes
- 1 lb pkg Velveeta Jalopeno cheese
- 1 lb pkg Velveeta Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 can Rotel (i use one mexican and one Mild)
- 1/2 lb Jimmy Dean Sausage (Optional)
Direcciones
- Cut cheese into cubes.
- In a Sauce pan place Rotel Tomatoes with Chilies and Cheese
- Brown Sausage in a skillet, When cooked through add to cheese mixture
- Heat Cheese mixture until melted reduce heat just to keep warm.
