Receta Quick And Easy Beef And Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Chili sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 lb Lean beef, cut into 1/2" strips
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 16 ounce Frzn vegetable mix
Direcciones
- Combine first 5 ingredients & set aside. In a large preheated skillet, quickly brown steak in oil. Remove & set aside. In same skillet, cook vegetables 2-3 min or possibly till tender. Add in reserved chili sauce mix.
- Heat & stir till thickened. Return beef to skillet & heat. Serve over rice.
- NOTES : Vegetable mix used: broccoli, red pepper, onion
