Receta Quick Baked Donut Balls

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix together till smooth. Line 12 muffin tins with paper baking cup. Fill only 1/2 full. Bake 15 min at 350 degrees. Remove from papers immediately. Roll in melted butter; then roll in mix of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Best served warm. Be sure to check donuts with toothpick to make sure centers are done.
