Ingredientes
- 1 c. AM Garbanzo Flour
- 1Â 1/2 c. Cool water
- 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. AM Sesame Tahini
- 3/4 tsp Sea salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr, Or possibly...
- 1 lrg -Garlic clove, pressed
- 2 Tbsp. AM Unrefined Extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- In a saucepan stir garbanzo flour into the cool water till smooth. Heat mix till bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add in lemon juice, tahini, garlic and salt if used. Mix well; cold. If mix appears to be too thick, add in more water before serving. Pour oil over hummus, or possibly stir into the mix.
