- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 c. or possibly 3 med. mashed bananas
- 2 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2-1 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and sugar together. Add in large eggs. Beating after each addition. Stir in flour and soda alternately with bananas. Stir in minced nuts. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
