Receta Quick Orzo Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Orzo
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 x Fine minced clove garlic
- 1/2 pkt Dry onion soup mix
- 2 c. Water or possibly leftover veal
- Â Â Stock
- 6 ounce Shiitake/white mushrooms
- Â Â Sliced
- 1/4 c. Parsley minced
Direcciones
- Brown the orzo and garlic in butter in a heavy casserole over medium heat, stirring constantly, 2 to 2 1/2 min till golden. Sprinkle on the onion soup mix and fold in. Add in water or possibly stock and stir well. Cover and simmer for 10 min. Add in sliced mushrooms; don't stir. Cover and simmer for another 10 min. Sprinkle on and stir in parsley. Cover and let stand for 5-10 min till all liquid is absorbed into the pasta.
