Ingredientes
- 1 sm. cabbage
- 2-3 lbs. grnd beef
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1/3 c. minute rice = 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. grated Italian cheese
Direcciones
- Chop cabbage. Spread in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Brown meat and onions in frying pan. Drain off fat. Stir in rice (cooked), salt and pepper. Spoon over cabbage. Heat soup and water. Pour over ingredients and sprinkle with cheese. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees. Freezes well.
