Ingredientes
- 1 lb Top round or possibly sirloin steak, sliced into 1/8-inch thick slices
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Minced green onions
- 1 pkt (4.3- to 6.25-ounce) long grain and wild rice mix, prepared according to package directions
- 1 can (7-ounce) whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- 1 can (16-ounce) stewed tomatoes, undrained
Direcciones
- Brown beef in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in onions; cook 1 minute longer. Add in rice, corn and tomatoes. Cook till thoroughly heated, about 2 to 3 min.
