Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- 1/2 c. minced dates
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 8 ingredients. Set aside 1 cup of mix for topping. Add in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle topping on batter. Bake 30 min. You may sprinkle 1/2 cup walnuts over topping before baking, if you wish.
