Receta R.'S Broiled Fish

Ingredientes
- 4 med. fish (sand perch, blue fish or possibly throat)
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- Seasoned salt
- Lemon pepper
- Garlic pwdr
- Onion pwdr
- Accent
- Black pepper
- Parsley flakes
- 1 med. onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 stick butter
Direcciones
- Clean and wash fish (blue fish comes larger), using blue, cut into 3x5 inch pcs. Using whole fish, cut small slits on both sides. Marinate fish with vinegar. Sprinkle on sugar, seasoned salt, lemon pepper, garlic pwdr, onion pwdr, Accent, black pepper, and parsley flakes. Garnish with onion and celery. Add in water, pour inside of pan to make a nice broth from broiling. Dot with butter, celery will be crisp. Serves 4. Eat your hearts out!
