Receta Herbed Broiled Fish

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. butter or possibly marg.
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 pound fish steaks
Direcciones
- In a small saucepan heat butter. Add in parsley flakes, salt, oregano, lemon pepper and lemon juice. Brush over both sides of fish. Arrange on rack in broiler pan. Place under a preheated warm broiler.
- Broil 10 min or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested wiht a fork.
