Receta Rainforest Cafe's Rasta Pasta

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt bow ties pasta - (8 ounce)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. minced fresh spinach
- 1 x broccoli florets
- 1 med red pepper roasted
- 1 c. grilled chicken in 1/2" wide pcs
- 1 x prepared Alfredo sauce
- 1/8 c. prepared basil pesto
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.
- In a 10-inch saute/fry pan, saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Add in spinach, broccoli, red pepper and grilled chicken; toss to combine. Stir in Alfredo sauce and pesto; simmer an additional 5 min.
- Reheat pasta if necessary under warm running water in a strainer; pour into a pasta bowl. Pour Alfredo sauce mix over bow ties. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
