  • 4 pkt Ramen noodles, any flavor
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 jar (14-ounce) fat free (now there's also sugar-free) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 c. Shredded 50 % reduced-fat mozzeralla cheese (you can use fat-free, but I do not like the texture)
  • 3 ounce Turkey pepperoni
  • 1/2 tsp Dry oregano

  1. Heat oven to broil. Cook noodles according to package directions. THROW AWAY SEASONING or possibly use for something else. Drain in colander. Heat extra virgin olive oil in large skillet. Add in noodles and press proportionately to cover bottom of pan. Cook 2 min or possibly till browned underneath. Spread sauce over noodles, then layer of pepperoni, then cheese, then more pepperoni, then oregano. If skillet handle is plastic or possibly wood, cover with aluminum foil to prevent scorching. Broil 2 min at 4 to 5 inches from heat source or possibly till top is bubbly and cheese starts to brown. Let cold about 5 min before cutting into wedges and serving.
