Receta Ramon's Crab And Shrimp Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1/2 c. Finely minced Onion
- 2/3 c. Finely minced Green Bell Pepper
- 3 x Cloves Garlic, finely minced
- 1 can (10.75 ounce) Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 c. Cooked Crab Meat
- 1 c. Cooked Shrimp
- 3 c. Cooked Rice
- 1 jar (2 ounce) minced Pimientos, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. Finely minced Italian Parsley
- 2 tsp "Louisiana" Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp "Frank's" Louisiana Cayenne Red Warm Sauce
- 1/2 c. Breadcrumbs
Direcciones
- A) Start the rice.
- B) Saute/fry' onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic till limp.
- C) Add in soup and stir well.
- D) Add in crab meat, shrimp, warm rice, pimientos, and parsley. Mix well.
- E) Pour into greased casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs.
- F) Bake 20 min in pre-heated 400 degree oven.
