Ingredientes
- 1 quart cool heavy cream
- 1/2 c. Atkins Sugar-Free Raspberry Syrup
- 8 scoop Atkins Vanilla Shake mix
- 12 pkt sugar substitute
- Â Â Fresh raspberries or possibly strawberries for garnish
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients (except berries) in a large bowl. Gently whisk till well mixed and dry ingredients are dissolved. Continue whisking till hard, but not stiff. (Mix thickens quickly: don't over-whisk).
- Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs or possibly overnight. Spoon into dessert bowls and garnish with a few berries.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
