Ingredientes
- 6 x Chicken breasts, boiled and minced
- 3 c. Chicken broth
- 2 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1Â 1/2 c. Instant rice, uncooked
- 1 ct (8-ounce) lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkt Crackers
- 1/2 stk butter or possibly oleo, melted
Direcciones
- Mix chicken, broth, soup, rice and lowfat sour cream all together. Pour into a casserole dish. Crumble crackers. Mix cracker crumbs with butter, sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min, uncovered.
