Receta Red Enchilada Sauce

Ingredientes
- 10 x Large red chile pods
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Flour
- 4 x Garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp Cumino
- 1 tsp Cilantro (optional)
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Bacon drippings
- 1 x Small onion minced
- 1 x Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Oregano
Direcciones
- Boil chile pods in small sauce pan with 8-12 ounce of water till soft. Place chiles, oregano, onions, garlic and salt and pepper in blender. Liquefy mix. In a 2 quart. sauce pan heat bacon drippings and brown flour. Add in the chile mix and simmer for 30-45 min.
