Receta Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (15-oz) garbanzo beans (chick-peas), liquid removed
- 1/3 c. Tahini, (sesame seed paste)
- 1/3 c. Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Minced liquid removed roasted red peppers from jar
Direcciones
- With processor running, drop garlic through feed tube and mince. Scrape down sides of work bowl. Add in chick-peas, tahini and lemon juice; process till mix is smooth. Add in roasted peppers; process till peppers are finely minced. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer hummus to small bowl.
- (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill. Bring to room temperature before serving.)
- Makes about 2 c.
