- 8 T Crisco
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 3 T flour
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or possibly other flavoring

- butter, Crisco and lowfat milk must be at room temperature. Cream butter, Crisco and sugar. Add in flour (one tbsp at a time), lowfat milk and vanilla. Beat well.
