These are amazingly delicious!!
This recipe makes a huge 11 X 18 X 1" cookie sheet full, so if you need less you'll have to adjust the recipe. If you don't have a pan that size, you can get a non-stick one at Walmart for around $5. I left the recipe large because we all love them that much and I will probably make this for dinners or get-togethers as well.

It sounds great! Does it freeze? What are graham crackers?

I haven't tried to freeze them, but I would think they may do well. Graham crackers can be found in any grocery store. You can buy a box of crumbs that are ready to use or buy the crackers and crush them yourself (an easy way is to place crackers onto wax paper or aluminum foil and roll over them with a drinking glass and they'll turn fine quickly).
