Receta Reese's Peanut Butter Bars
These are amazingly delicious!!
This recipe makes a huge 11 X 18 X 1" cookie sheet full, so if you need less you'll have to adjust the recipe. If you don't have a pan that size, you can get a non-stick one at Walmart for around $5. I left the recipe large because we all love them that much and I will probably make this for dinners or get-togethers as well.
Ingredientes
- 3 sticks (1-1/2) cups unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- Topping:
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3-1/2 cups powdered sugar
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together (except for topping)
- Press into a 11 X 18 X 1" cookie sheet.
- Chill in refrigerator while you make topping.
- For topping: Melt butter in a small sauce pan.
- Add the milk and cocoa.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, just until boiling.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla.
- Then gradually add the powdered sugar. Stir until thickened.
- Pour over the peanut butter bar mixture and gently spread to cover evenly.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes then cut into bars. Keep bars in refrigerator.
