Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine soft
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Unsifted flour
- 3/4 c. Hersheys cocoa
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Reases peanut butter chips
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar in large mixer bowl till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs and vanila; beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually blend into creamed mix. Stir in peanut butter chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 8 to 9 min.
- Don't overbake. Cookies will be soft; they will puff during baking and flatten upon cooling.Cold till set, about 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheet; cold completely on wire rack.
