Receta Rhubarb Creme Pie
My mom makes the best rhubarb pie. We have a patch in our back yard that we are always excited to see come up because we know Mom will be making pie!
Ingredientes
- Pie Filling:
- 1 deep-dish pie shell
- 1 cups diced rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 3/4 cup half & half
- Butter-crumble topping:
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
Direcciones
- Fill pie shell with diced rhubarb. Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg and half & half together and pour over rhubarb.
- Combine flour, sugar and butter to make a crumble. Sprinkle crumble over pie and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
