Receta Rice Bubble Crackers

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Shortening
- 2 ounce Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 3/4 c. Dates, minced
- Â Â Walnuts
- 3/4 c. SR flour
- 1 x heaped tsp. Custard pwdr
- 1 pch Salt
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and sugar, add in egg and minced dates with mixed walnuts.
- Then SR flour, custard pwdr and a healthy pinch of salt.
- Roll tsp. of the mix in rice bubbles and cook in a cold oven.
- For variety try minced raisins and mixed peel, sultanas and peanuts or possibly minced cherries and preserved ginger, making up to 3/4 c. each time.
