- Â Â Wood ear mushrooms u julienned
- Â Â Cellophane noodles u soaked, rinsed, dry, and cut into 1/2- inch strips
- Â Â Thai basil and cilantro and chives, packed and cleaned
- Â Â Bean sprouts
- Â Â Boston lettuce u shredded
- Â Â Pickled radishes and burdock u julienned
- 1/4 c. Nouc mam
- 1/4 c. Rice vinegar or possibly 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 sm Chili
- 2 sm Crushed garlic cloves
- Â Â Fresh lime leaf and cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh ginger
- Â Â Shredded daikon or possibly carrot
- Â Â Left-over chicken u diced
- Â Â Bean thread noodles u cut same
- 1 lb Taro puree u steamed
- 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Â Â Bluefin tuna u cut into thin rectangles
- Â Â Mango u sliced in rectangles
- Â Â Cucumber u shaved thin
- Â Â Cubanelle pepper u roasted and cut into thin rectangle
- Â Â Fresh fennel u shaved
- Â Â Fresh yuzu and wasabi sauce
Direcciones
- For all rolls place ingredients in rice paper and fold like an envelope.
- *Note: If one wrapper tears, use two!
