• 1 lb grnd beef
• 2 c. canned minced tomatoes
• 1 1/2 c. beef or possibly vegetable broth
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 c. minced onion
• 1 1/2 c. diced carrots
• 2 c. diced potatoes
• 1 1/4 c. sliced celery
