Receta All Roads Lead To Tofu Burgers

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Hard tofu, liquid removed and mashed
- 1 env dry onion soup mix
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp Tamari or possibly soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds
- 2 c. Seasoned stuffing mix, (2 to 3) Butter or possibly oil for frying
Direcciones
- Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Mix thoroughly with hands.
- Fold in stuffing till texture is hard sufficient to create patties. Let sit for five min. Using about 2/3 c. of the mix per ball, flatten into patties.
- Heat small amount of oil or possibly butter in pan or possibly skillet. Fry patties till crispy on both sides.
- Makes 6 servings
