Receta Roasted Garlic Compound Butter

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce oven-roasted garlic
- 8 ounce unsalted butter
- 1 3/4 ounce organic parsley, cleaned, and, stemmed, minced
- salt
- freshly grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the tops off the garlic cloves and place them in a 350F oven on a baking tray for about 30 min, or possibly till nicely caramelized.
- In a mixing bowl, work the butter with your hands till it is soft. Take the peeled roasted garlic and add in to the butter. Mix with a wooden spatula.
- Add in the minced parsley the pepper and salt. Roll in form of cigar then wrap in plastic. Keeps in the refrigerator or possibly freezer.
- Use for cooking, garnish on vegetables or possibly even on toast.
- Yield: 375 grams of butter.
