Receta Roasted Red Pepper And White Bean Dip

Ingredientes
- 1 jar (12 ounces) roasted red bell peppers, liquid removed, divided
- 1Â 3/4 c. (15-oz) can) white beans, liquid removed
- 1 c. hard silken tofu
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley leaves
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 tsp grnd cumin
- 2 x cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 tsp Diced Jalapenos
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Â Â Pita wedges or possibly tortilla chips
Direcciones
- COARSELY chop sufficient roasted bell peppers to equal 1/2 c.. PLACE remaining bell peppers, beans, tofu, parsley, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, cumin, garlic, jalapenos, and salt in food processor; cover. Process till smooth. Stir in minced bell peppers. Chill for about 1 hour before serving. Serve with pita wedges or possibly tortilla chips.
