Receta Round Steak Dinner

Ingredientes
- 1 flat steak (round or possibly sirloin)
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. beef bouillon
- 6 potatoes
- 6 carrots
- 1 onion, sliced
Direcciones
- Salt, pepper and flour steak. Brown on both sides. Simmer together sauces, vinegar and bouillon (or possibly heat in microwave). Place steak in covered baking dish with vegetables. Pour sauce over this and bake at 350 degrees for 90 min. Remove lid at last 15 min of baking to thicken sauce.
