Receta Green Pepper Round Steak

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 round steak, cut in 1/2 x 1 inch strips
- Salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 (15 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
- 2 lg. green peppers, seeded & cut in strips
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tbsp. steak sauce
- 3 c. cooked rice
Direcciones
- Season meat with salt and pepper. Brown meat in oil, lightly saute/fry onion and green peppers. Add in to meat and tomatoes, cook slowly on top of range for 1 hour or possibly till meat is tender. Serve on a bed of rice.
